How long should it take for a Doctor to look over Medical Records and an Autopsy Report?

Question: My Attorney sent Hospital Medical Records and an Autopsy Report to Medical Doctor for Review in a Possible Wrongful Death lawsuit. he sent them about a week ago. How long should I expect the Doctors Review to take?

Answers:
Take a vacation to chill out because that will be on the back burner for awhile. Paperwork, especially deposition reviews, are the LAST thing on their "to do" list. Honestly, if you haven't heard from your attorney in one month, then call.
