Is it possible to register to another GP?

Question: I want to register with another GP which is not in my area, can i do that?

Yes you can. go to the doctor surgery you want to register with and tell them your old GPs name and where your old doctors were and they'll, tell your GP to send over your medical records, to them.
But i would ask the doctors surgery you want to register with, how you switch GPs. Just in case.
