Question:
i just pooped (only a little) and it was green! it wasnt like diaherra or whatever.. it was just normal except green! i dont know why! i have only drank 2 protein drinks today for my meals, and i have had 450 mcgs of green tea extract. could that be why? is this bad?

Answers:
sometimes veggies or green tea, or high concentrations of iron can do this, it's perfectly normal and healthy, and im sure it will pass. if it doesn't change your diet.

Other Answers:
its probablt from what you drank/ate. its fine that happens.

possibly from the tea. I think u are sick now that's funny.. i like it when i eat corn cuz i dont chew it all the way on purpose, and when i poop the next day, i can see the corn in my poop!!

ah,,,,tell that stuff to the doc..you are gross.

Green tea extract..yeah, that would do it. Green crayons do that too.

My kid.

Many moms will tell you grape koolaid has this effect. You also might research the ingredients in you protein drink.
I wouldn't think the green tea would do that.
I would guess (not a dr.) that if it continues to happen contact your doctor.

Sometimes when you eat have too much iron in your diet, or in my case, I take herbs to alkalize my body. Then mine are green too. Nothing to worry about. Usually green poop means you ingested a large amount of iron. Have you taken an iron supplement recently? Iron supplements are taken to increase red blood cell supply. Iron is not good for men's prostate gland.

WHAT DO YOU EXPECT I FYOU EAT GREEN TEA EXTRACT>>>GREEN POOP! WAIT FEW DAYS!!
