what are the ways to minimize ciggarettes harming your body?

I'm a smoker, and i just can't quit, tried and i'll keep trying, but till i do quit, are there anything that helps to make the harm less, way of smokin or anything else, i got to know that daily intake of 200g of honey and drinking green tea minimizes the harms, and minimizes cancer threat, anymor ideas?

The best thing to do I believe is quit smoking at all costs because if you contunie to do you are just going to regret it for the rest of your life. In my whole life I am never EVER EVER GOIng to TOuch a single cigarriate.

Stop smoking, try the patch, stop while you are young. Nothing is going to level out the damage that tobacco does to your body.

I would chew gum.
All the stuff you inhale into your lungs stays in your lungs and turns them black. Go cold turkey and do something else to replace the habit. Stay away from places where people smoke and breath clean air.
Quitting is the only truly effective way to minimize the damage. Short of that, cutting back as much as you can.

You can quit.millions have already.no it's not easy.I did it with Nicorettes gum about 15 years ago..keep trying to quit smoking.change your friends temporarily if necessary..often people don't succeed in quitting on their first attempt..believe me it's worth it.financially.and you'll feel so much better.

do you realizee how silly you sound? You must have more willpower. I suppose you could go to a hypnoist. try the paatch and gum. You cannot stop harming your body by smokingg. My Mother diiied of lungg cancer 10 daays affftter being diagnosed.
quit smoking. start by poking a hole in the cig near the bottom of the tabacco and above the filter. start small and make the hole bigger once a week. it makes the cigarette harder to smoke because you are not only pulling in smoke but also air. in time you'll get used to it and then find you dont really need the nicotine. my close friend did this a it helped him quit. as for you it may be different but its worth a try. let me know how it goes.

also forgot to add; slowly cut back how much of the cigarette you smoke. like first week a whole cig everytime you smoke then next week only half the cig. you know what i mean.
Stop smoking them.the homeopathic "remedies" do not do much i'm afraid. They may seem to work at first, but their long term effect is negligable.

Try to smoke half a cigarette at a time. In other words, break the cig in half and smoke it. It worked for me, and it helped me quit.

YOU FRIENDS WILL STILL BE SMOKING OF COURSE AND THEN YOU CAN PREACH LIKE I AM.
Try some mutivitamins and fruits,vegetables. Some people find it useful to try nicotine patches or nicotine gums. Continue to drink green tea which contains lots of antioxidants and may consider the green tea extract. You may try meditation to improve your will-power to help your stop smoking.
