Lung Nodule?

Question: I have had this lung nodule on my lung for years now.
Every time I have a chest x-ray done..I am asked how long I have had it. Should I be concerned?

Answers:
This question is often asked to determine the possibility that the nodule is a cancer.

A old nodule is very unlikely to be a cancer.
