But still not understand why is so …..!!!

Answers:
Extreme diets are really starvation diet. They will never yield results for the long term. You may lose a few pounds or even a whole lot of pounds, but quickly gain them back.
The reason is as you follow the "super diet" plan you metabolism will go into starvation mode. Once this occurs, things get fugly (fat and ugly), you will easily gain all the weight back and maybe even gain a few extra pounds.

There is only 1 true way to effectively burn fat, lose weight and KEEP IT OFF.

YOU MUST FOLLOW A WELL BALANCED FITNESS AND MEAL PLAN.

Yeah I know that you heard that one before, and I bet you wanna know what that plan is.

I can't give you the whole thing away for free, but I can offer you a free mini course on weight loss.

Just go to www.MyPhiladelphiaFitnessExper...

OK, this is my take.

Diets and plans and all that crap are just that, crap. If you want to loose weight and feel better about yourself, eat right and work out.

If you want to shed pounds you need to do 20 minutes of aerobic activity at least 3 times a week. Now by aerobic I mean something that gets your heart rate up, and is constant for 20 minutes (running, biking, swimming, aerobic video, etc) The first 12 minutes of aerobic activity you're burning carbs, after that you start burning the fat away. If you want to tone up in the process, lift light weights for more reps. Swimming is also better at getting a better tone on your body that running.

Overall though, it's about how you feel about yourself. Yeah most everybody wants to loose weight, but you can't dwell on it. Be happy, be positive, and have a good time in life.
I have found that the best way to get into shape is by increasing one's metabolism. When you diet you basically starve yourself and at any point down the road you end up binging on what you crave. What I am currently doing is counting carbs and exercising.

Without dieting, count the carbs you consume in a day (separating Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner). Do this for a week. 1 - to get you familiar with counting carbs and 2 to develope an average daily consuption. Then based on the number of carbs you consume raise or lower your daily carb rate as needed. Try to consume a speciffied number of carbs each day.

Walk or bike (run, swim what ever you enjoy or are willing to do) 6 out of 7 days every week. Start today not tomorrow. Wether it's walking from one end of your house to the other or 1 hour on a trail increase the distance or rate until you reach your desired heart rate (the key to a good aerobic workout wich benefits your heart & lungs). If you plan on a day of biking, walking, running, it should be done no more than once a week and only after a day of rest. Also work every day with Resistance Training (anaerobic workout - to build muscle mass) wich is probably the best way to increase your metabolism. Wether it's in the form of weight lifting, crunches, hills, stair machine just find 5 to15 exercises for the upper body and 5 to15 for the lower body. Work on the upper body one day and work on the lower body the next day and repeat so that ever other day you are working on one or the other. To build muscle mass the best way that I have found is to work on a specific muscle or muscle group until you just cant do any more. Do 3 sets of 10 with the amount of weight that allows you to complete the sets with the most weight and then lower the weight and do another 3 sets of 10. When doing crunches start with a few warm up crunches and then add weight or move your arms from your sides to your chest then behind your head and even add weights behind your head. Now reverse the order of crunches (from weights to arms at the sides - don't forget the diagonal crunches). The idea is to break down the muscle tissue and give it 24 hour to rebuild/restore to a greater capacity.

If you can only do 3 crunches with your arms to the sides that's great 3 crunches will turn out to be 5 in a week. Just keep the commitment and not only will it become a habit you will enjoy life to a greater degree come this time next year.

It's easier to stay committed to daily exercise if you have another individual or a group to exercise with. While working out with other individuals also increases the knowledge/skill recourses available to achieving your goal. And do set attainable goals. I would not focus on weight for a goal. Try setting a goal to decrease the waist by 1 inch, increasing the bicept by 1/4 inch or even walking a mile (o.k. running a mile). If you are already in shape try focusing on a community run.

I spent my teens and early twenties working out one to three hours every day (that does not include the hours playing ball). Now I exercise daily but to a much lesser degree do to time constraints.

Read as much as you can about any activity you participate in. Knowledge of the activity will provide a safer and more efficient activity.

best of luck,
