I was watching CSI the other night. The found a murdered girl, with no wounds, but blood on the blanket that matched her DNA. They couldnt figure out where the blood came from. It turned out her brother was sick, and had given him some of her blood. He had a nosebleed on the blanket (he was the killer) and cos he had just had some of her blood it matched her DNA

No, it will have no long term effects on your DNA. I guess after major surgery where you needed a huge amount of donated blood, a blood sample immediately after the surgery might show strange results because the donated blood came from several people and there wouldn't be so much of your DNA present. But otherwise it wouldn't have much effect, your blood replenishes itself quickly.
