Bronchitis and swimming?
Question:
Answers:
Yeah, it might set you back depending upon chlorine levels as well as bacteria in the water. Too much chemicals can trigger your breathing problems, but if there is not enough and there are bacteria or whatever in the water can lead to a relapse of the infection, especially in ears or nasal sinuses.
Other Answers:
Not advisable. Wait for a few weeks.
i had the same problem as you last week.i ended up on steroids and antibiotics for a week.i'm fine now but when you say swimming do you mean outdoors or the swimming baths.i had my problem beacause the doctor said it was from the chloride in the baths water,so i'd say stay away from there but i can't see any problem in swimming outdoors.
peas and carrots.
I get bronchitis sometimes. I just carry on with life. It bothers people because the costant coughing is anoying and contaigous, but they need to share the land instead of charging rent if they dont want to be around sick people. Will swimming make it worse? Possibly, but sunning is good for everything except your skin. If I wanted to go swimming I would. An ear infection, I Would NOT.
