should i wear my lenses??

Question: one of my lenses was without solution for 12 hours,it became very hard but when i put it back in solution,it looked normal..but is it safe to wear them??or should i put some protein tablets or sumthin??plz help..thnk u

lenses are risky. if u cry they fall out. u cant even rub ur eyes. in this busy world best sre goggles.
