top ten causes of morbidity and mortality in the philippines and its implication on their economic status?

Question:
What are the top ten causes of morbidity and mortality in the Philippines and its implication on the country's economic status.

Answers:
Top causes of morbidity and mortality in the Philippines include diarrhea, bronchitis, pneumonia, influenza, hypertension, tuberculosis, malaria, heart diseases, cancer, accidents, pulmonary disease, respiratory disease, diabetes, kidney disease. I'm not sure if that's what you are looking for but those are the top causes according to Pfizer. =)

I attribute that to the following:
10. poor diets
9. irresponsible advertising
8. pollution
7. lack of proper medical facilities
6. expensive healthcare
5. outflux of healthcare workers
4. illiteracy
3. poverty
2. lack of government funding
1. corruption

Basically funding from government is spread very thinly across so many sectors. After corruption we basically left with token projects that our politicians choose where they can get better media mileage such as having their painted names on the barangay water pumps. We are going backwards, whatever happened to forward Pinoy?

Other Answers:
1 corruption
