good morning or bad morning?


Question:
i got up 3hrs early so im having a bad morning,can never get back to sleep.

If you wake early, read a favorite book, or watch a DVD. The worst thing you can do is flounder and force yourself, trying to fall back asleep if you already know from past experience that you can't very easily.

You'll just stress yourself out.

P.S. if you are a guy, spank one off, that usually helps guys who can't fall asleep at night!
I start up my computer check the e-mails that came through the night. slowly wait till breakfast do the things you normally do by the end of the day we usually find out what's brought it on.

I would go out and get social visit later with friends or take a walk on the beach in the morning if its warm go barefoot to drag while walking or listen to the waves. Its at times we all have baggage to carry. If its love life then I would consider that talk you've been planning get it off your chest.
It is always Good Morning irrespective of when you get up.
Well I'm happy to say I just had a great morning and now I hope to have a great afternoon too.
I woke up very early, about 5:30, 'cause my husband is driving my mum home (300 km from where we live) on the way to work. I'm planning to have a relaxing day, maybe basking in the sun. Not a bad morning, then.
i hope mines gonna be good as its my birthday!
I get up early every day. Morning from 5.00 to 7.30 is a great time to get things done
I have bad nights and wake up early. I have learnt not to get upset over it and do something useful
Try having a nap later in the day for 10 mins. That sometimes helps me
i like waking at 6am, lying in beds wasting yor life.
Not a good morning for me this morning. also woke up 3 hours too early, have a bad summer cold and feel lousy .and I have an exam later on this morning .grrrrrrr!
