Can Ultram (Tramadol.) help you fall asleep?

Question:
I heard some people have trouble falling asleep on it but on the label it says may cause drowsiness.

Answers:
Ultram (Tramadol) is a pain reliever and pharmacies usually just put a warning label on all pain reliever prescriptions as a pre-caution, because most of them make people drowsy. However, Ultram does not make ME drowsy. It keeps me awake ! If I forget to take my Ultram by 10:00 a.m., I do not take it. It is a wonderful medication for fibromyalgia and other auto-immune diseases/disorders. Good luck !

Other Answers:
YES
ultram is for pain relief, not a sleep aid, just like any prescription pain reliever, it may cause drowsiness
NO, just some people get hook on and become addicts,
