webbed toes run in my family, her or his toes will keep growing and the web will probably get lower down. It doesn't have any effect on them walking. I have a couple of webbed toes they don't bother me cosmetically noone really notices. They're webbed just above the knuckle, my three middle toes on both feet. maybe.just go to a surgeon. please have it fixed before she becomes self-conscious about it.
You could ask a doctor or a plastic surgeon for advice. They would have to look at it.
