Back Problems?

Question:
I have to read a lot at my job, i have a good desk and chair ( adjustable back and height and good quality). When i read i lean into the book - it just works for me. But nearly every day i develope lower back pain around where my kideneys are, usually on my right side. Is there any advice or ways to relive the pain. I also have bad posture, i tend to hunch foward a lot

Answers:
Try a back pillow, it pushes you forward somewhat comfortably, or put some pillows on you lap to bring the book forward to you. Try to keep your head as straight as possible. Good posture is a must, and suck your tummy in, don't let it relax outward. This helps your abdominal.

Other Answers:
You're going to have to get up and stretch your back several times a day. Your bad posture as well as leaning is giving you the back pain. You might also want to consider doing a low impact workout after work like swimming or yoga to stretch those muscles in your back and have less pain.
