goji or mangosteen or noni? what is the best of the three??

They're all healthy. Personally, I think goji is the most unique, and it has the highest levels of antioxidants, as well as polysacharides that help your cells communicate more efficiently. There is also a great deal of scientific backing on the use of Lyceum (scientific name) plants for medicinal purposes. All fruits and vegetables are helpful medicinally, however. Goji just has the highest level of antioxidants.

Nonetheless, it is important to get antioxidants from as many sources as possible, as you need a variety for optimal health benefits. Therefore, you should simply spend your money on a variety of nice, organic fruits and vegetables (higher antioxidant and vitamin levels, far fewer harmful chemicals). These specialty drinks are hyped up way too much and cost way too much money. I'm not saying they aren't all quite beneficial health wise, but is it worth it? If you have a lot of money, yeah. But if not, stick to your local farmer's market or health food store :)

I don't know what goji is, but mangosteen is sweet and palatable while noni is not palatable as it is, but as a processed drink, it has medicinal value for hyper tension and diabetes and other well being, which I have read about. I would choose mangosteen as a fruit, just as any other fruits like apples, pears and oranges.
