You mean Asthma? No but by taking your med properly you can almost eliminate it, i wish for the same thing its a pain!!! I heard about a breathing technique thats supposed to dramatically reduce the need for medication, i posted a question on here a while ago about it but noone had heard of it. Anyone know?

I presumed that you meant Asthma too. I heard that there is a drug that is being trialled that is supposed to be some kind of wonder drug, but havent really heard much about it.
The only sure thing I know is that you MUST take all your prescribed medications for it with out fail. My son has Asthma and 8 weeks ago nearly became a statistic. He was very lax on his medication but with out fail he takes it religiously now and with a peak flow reading morning and night (and any other time I rag him!!). Thats the best sign for how your lung capacity is doing.
As for the breathing techniques that someone else mentioned, my son is waiting to see a phycologist (how ever you spell it!!) on the NHS to learn relaxation and breathing methods. Go see your doctor and ask about it.
And when this wonder drug comes out (if ever) well, thank the lord. 1 person dies every 6 hours from Asthma.
