There are some things that you can do to calm your stomach down like drinking Chamomile teas but you really have to start with the source of the problem, your worrying about something. Figure out why you are worried, what are you afraid of, what's the worst secnario that could happen? A lot of times we worry about things that aren't as bad as we make them out to be. If you talk/write out your worries, it can help you release the anxiety a little bit and put things in perspective. After that, then you can distract yourself, maybe by reading if you like, or exercise works well. After you get rid of the nervousness, your belly will calm down all on its own. :)
