If a wound you have bleeds, does it scar or not?

Well sweetie of course the one that doesn't bleed is less likely to scar for the simple reason, it didn't break all the layers of skin to get to the capillaries to cause a bleed. But bleeding in it self, is not the best way to evaluate scarring, depends on location, depth of wound, skin complexion, your ability to heel. If superficial scratch meaning no open area that requires stitches, cleans with soap and water, rinse well, apply neosporin oint. if you have some on hand, if not can be purchased most any place, generic form is fine. Also, are you up to date on your tetanus shot. This is very important. If not you need to see your physician and get a booster shot. Finally, if you notice any increase redness, pain, pus, began to run a fever, even if low grade fever. See your Doctor immediately for these are all signs of infection. Thanks for allowing me to address your question.
Well, it depends. Is it deep? Wide? Was it very bloody? Cuts don't scar all the time, but they will if you don't protect it. Use ointment like Neosporn* (how do you spell that?) and cover it with a band-aid. Do give it some air though, don't wear the band-aid 24/7
I don't think anything that isn't serious enough to bleed is going to scar. Most cuts just heal whether they bleed or not, but the worst ones scar. I've got a few scars, but I wasn't planning to enter any beauty contests anyhow.
