Have you ever had sleep paralysis?

Answers:
It happens to me all the time. When I was young it would scare the heck out of me, becuase when it happens to me I can open my eyes and see my bedroom, but I guess I'm still sort of dreaming and sometimes I'll see people in there or all sorts of weird things. I'd try to scream but nothing would come out.

yeah many times and that's the most horrible condition i really afraid ov that
That happens to me about once a month truthfully and it feels like an eternity I try to move and eventually do but my body doesn't move. I am like another person. I was even able to walk around. I wasn't really walking of course because I hadn't moved an inch. My gf lays right next to me and swears I hadn't moved an inch. Its scary as hell. I'm used to it now so now if it happens I don't freak out but being able to walk around the house is weird. Some say its your sole coming out of your body or at least trying to. You should try to get up next time. Its hard but if you can than you can walk around like me. Yes. Scared the **** out of me!
I don't know of any medical conditions that it might relate to, best to ask your doctor, but AFAIK it is caused by the body's own mechanism that immobilizes our muscles while we are asleep so that we don't start doing crazy stuff when we dream.
