I use Sudafed or the generic equal of it. I have allergies and I just take one Sudafed and if that doesn’t work in 15 minutes I take another one. A washcloth with warm water will sometimes help out with nasal congestion. It is best to stay away from taking pills but if push comes to shove I will take one pill.
