It could be dry skin. Try hydrocortisone creme, and after
each bath, try Petrolatum all over your body. You'll see how smooth and healthy your skin will look.

tanning beds will dry your skin and cause this. Use some moisturizer and see if it helps.
You're using a bad soap. Try using a milder soap, maybe start with a baby bodywash soap. maybe dry skin or maybe an allergic reaction to something. food? new soap? animals?

PLS CONSULT TO DERMATOLOGIST Well you should see a doctor but you might find relief taking an oatmeal bath (buy at drugstore). Tea-tree oil can work too- but test a small spot first - it might sting. Use some hypoallergenic moisturizer after your bath to keep skin moist.
Try some Hydracortisone lotion, its medicated and cures a number of rashes and exemas, (if thats even spelled right)
Try putting on some lotion if it doesn't work, try "Benadryl" ITCH STOPPING CREAM. Relieves itches from skin irritations.
It could be Eczema and you need a prescribed cream to treat it. You could also try an Aveeno cream.
