Yes, but make sure you rinse it very thoroughly or it could get irritated.
We have these wipes called like Scott's Bathroom Wipes that I use after regular toilet paper. I still thoroughly rinse, and then lather though just to make it extra squeaky clean when I shower.

you use a wash cloth and don't have soap to @ss contact. and for the sake of your wallet(a plumber cost money)- use the "flushable" toddler wipes. Using non-flushable baby wipes- they have to go in you trash can.
thats what toilet paper and washcloths are for.
