I have a problem snoring. Is it safe to maybe cover my mouth while sleeping to train myself not to snore?
Question:
Answers:
no, it is unsafe to covery your mouth. rather you try to do breathing excercise everyday taking in and out, pranayamam yoga, without fail. snoring actually is caused due to wrong breathing adopted by the body. keep your mind calm and do jogging if possible in the morning. drink plenty of water and eat less food in the night, avoid spicy junky food. eat fruits. this will surely stop your snoring for ever. i know people who have succeeded. go ahead.

yea it's safe =D
No it's not. Some people who snore actually suffer from sleep apneia. I would check with your doc first, straight up. Actually, that would not be safe. Go online and see what causes snoring. I just had a friend this week spend the night in a 'sleep' clinic to find out if his snoring is from being overweight or if his epiglotis is too big. One thing for sure, you can't train yourself to not do it. Also, the public library will have books on the subject.
If your goal is to die in your sleep, you're on the right track. Snoring has to do with your tongue so that's no use bro.
No , it wont help by covering your mouth.
Better try sleeping on right or left, dont sleep looking upwards .
dont do that u might die the next day or will be seriosly injured
You should try the remedy at http://www.snorelesssleep.net
