I have the same problem! I think it's genetics.
BTW - When I was prego - both times on prenatal vits. they didn't do a thing for my nails.
So it isn't something that is definite.

That's goofy, your nails don't stop growin', gurl! You or someone else is chewin' on 'em. or they're just really brittle and constantly breakin'/chippin' away. Eat more jello and milk and calcium stuff and keep some kinda hardcoat stuff on 'em for protection as they grow.

well go to a nail place and ask if there is a nail grower.(it's liquid). when i was lil i put some on and now I'm always cutting them!
Don't chew them! Drink lots of milk and eat lots of carrots. Also try taking prenatal vitamins. That'll make your hair and nails grow,
