Question:

do you wanna quit smoking or if yiu have why did you
why did you start in the firs place

Answers:
I quit when I was 25, started when I was 14. Ended up being diagnosed w/ asthma when I was 30. I can't even take a drag off a cig w/o getting a head rush, the smell makes me so sick. But I can smoke anything else w/ no problems and no asthma attacks, it must be all the poison in the cigs that make me really glad I quit them.

i never smoked but my dad did and he did because he was depressed but he stopped because i told him that if he died from lung cancer i would never love again

well,I'm personally not a smoker, but my father used to be. He was a heavy smoker, smoking many packs each day. My family and I had to bear the stench everyday. Not only that, my then 60+ year-old grandmother was a heavy smoker AND drinker. However, after she nearly suffered a heart attack (she alerted us in the middle of the night) she immediately quit. Just like that. The next day on. Not one cigarette or drop of beer since then.Even her eating habits improved. It has been 8yrs since that incident, and she's still "clean"!

My father saw the ill effects of smoking on my grandma, and not only worried about his health and ours, pledged to quit by slowly cutting down. That didn't work. 2yrs later he just gave up smoking after shifting house. Just like that! He hasn't smoked for 6yrs!

My father succumbed to smoking during his late teens studying overseas at University,whereas my grandma.being with collegues and friends who smoke,she smoke too.Both smoke for decades before quitting, and I admit not all can quit just like that. Yet, when there's a will there's a way-cliche but true. Especially when the other path means death. Good luck.
