B vitamins help a lot but take them with a morning meal. They give you tons of energy for the day but can keep you up at night. Get a good brand at a health food store. There is an herb called "Horsetail" and it does help grow in those little hairs and helps it to grow longer and faster. The health food store may have a combination of herbs in one capsule but it should contain "Horsetail". They call the herb that because when it is being grown, it looks like a horses tail. Full of silicone. You may get better fingernails as well.

There is actually product called "hair"made by CALIF/NATURAL.It has several different vitamins and minerals in it to help hair growth and thickness.♥
take hair, skin, and nails formula, you can buy it in any drug store.
I have heard that prenatal vitamins also help with this. Your local Walmart or Walgreens will most probably have a vitamin/supplement called "skin/hair/nails". I have used these in the past and really noticed a difference. Also make sure u r taking a multiple vitamin daily. If you cant find the skin/hair/nails (under $10) prenatal vits also work.
