I hope this is not a joke; if it is, you should be ashamed of yourself as there are real people with disabitilities that are beyond their control that do need such an item and cannot afford them. Keep in mind that the disabled are a minority that we can unwilling join at anytime, due to serious illness or injury.

I don't know where you can get a pattern, but here is a link to place that sells them online. If you are, or know any good seamstresses, they should be able to easily duplicate the item into a pattern.

Also, if depending on where you live, if you contact the social services branch of major churches they can assist you in getting disposible one at a reduced rate or possibly no cost, depending upon your income. Also, if it you have cancer the American Cancer Society can help.
