help! anyone here a doctor?or studying to be a Doctor?what type of math do doctors study?
Question:
Answers:
I am studying to be a Doctor.
The only type of calculations and math we study is in the form of Statistics, This is called Biostatistic in Medicine. Pretty Interesting. I did excel in this because I studied it well in high school.
Good Luck.
Other Answers:
They study the kind of math that one would study in order to be able to understand how to cut people open. I am actually a self-made doctor.no schooling. Pure genious right here.
PS: No apsiring doctor says "pleezzzzzzzz" and knows how to spell "start". You'll never get there, so just give up now.
As with any great undertaking, discipline is the cornerstone here. A discipline which is garnished and perfected through the analytical and independent thought process that the study of math and science promotes. Math, algebra, geometry and calculus etc.(or rather the principles underlying these "mysteries") are pieces of the puzzle that you as a student must learn to master so that the vast complexities of the art of medicine can easily fall into place. With the exception of perhaps some statistics as a requirement in Med school , they would know general math, algebra and calculus
