What Should I do??? Please help?

Question: Hello, I have a problem and I need your help. I haven't been feeling well lately and I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow. The problem is that on Tuesday I went home sick from work and called in yesterday. I still feel ill but I really need the money, but I work with food and could be contagios. So should I risk getting in trouble with my boss by calling in, or should I take a chance and try to work? I know that my doctor will give me a note for work, but I still need the money, but I don't want to spread my germs. So what should I do? Please help.
