What do I do about the pain in my foot?

Question:
I didn't have any luck finding my pain on WebMD: it's a sharp, consistent pain in the back of my heel (but not the underside of my foot) - the part that rubs against the back of the shoe. It's just in my right foot. It appears to be the area where that small round spot of bone kind of juts out of every foot.

Answers:
It can be either a Heel Spur, or is can be an inflammation of the Achilles tendon where it connects to the heel. the best way to deal with a situation like that is to see a doctor...if it's an inflammation, the doctor can get you an anti-inflammatory medicine that can make a big difference.
Best of Luck!
go to the doctor, you might have a joint bone broken in there and juct connected by muscles so you can still work..my husband had same experience
go to support your feet.com. some good stuff there and

treat it
