Question:

Answers:
If your not used to walking, uphill especially, you have probably just used a muscle that doesnt get used much so strained it a little. Just rest it. May take a day or two. If pain persists seek medical advice.
Try to only walk downhill. Go to the doctor.
It could be a trapped nerve, see your GP .
I have found a cream called Bio-Freeze that is great for relieving lower back pain.
it sounds like a strained muscle. Use heat therapy on it, like hot showers. When walking , be careful of your posture and try to keep your back straight. Don't carry heavy loads on your back when walking uphill. if the heat doesn't work alone, try an anti-inflammatory gel or deep heat cream.
