How do you take a cast off yourself?
I slept well yesterday and in the morning my neck hurts . How can I cure it?

I would not recommend you to do this, but my son had taken his cast off by getting it soak and wet, then he cut it off with a sharp sissors.

Very Very carefully. No honestly that's not a good idea.
Its not a good idea and I wouldn't reccomend you do it but..if its a simple cast there should be velcro but if its in a sling.ask your doctor and get your parent's and your doctor's consent BEFORE you take it off.
