My friend thinks she has a disease?

but all my mosquito bites are turning a brown purple color and i have these weird blotchy things below my neck, like right along my collarbone and they make a triangle. they don't even itch or hurt and that's what scares me.
What does this mean, she's kind of freaked out and thinks she has a disease, is she going to be okay? I'm really freaking out too.
