Maybe they are your glands, they get swollen when you get sick sometimes. You may have broncitis or strep, thats what happened to me when I got sick. Is it right under your chin? I would see a doctor or someone who knows the difference. the first answer is right its your lymph node, and it gets swollen when you're getting sick
