I know those eyeball headaches well. Excedrin Migraine and rest in a darkened room.

sounds like the ones i get and they are little migraines.. i got them when i was pregnant for my 3rd child.and boy they hurt..but excedrine really helps.
Sounds like sinuses.take ibuprofen or advil. If that doesn't take it away, I'd recommend seeng a doctor. SEE A DOCTOR!

no exp or training required, just put yourself in a restful state and focus on "pushing" the pain out of your head.

lots of caffine and excedrine. take a little nap and if it continues drink as much caffine as possible.
