Diabetes is when you either don't produce any insulin or you are insensitive to insulin. If you have Type 1 diabetes, it is due to an autoimmune condition, we don't know the cause of it yet nor do we have a cure for it.

your pancreas isn't working right or not at all,you cant controll your blood sugar, you cant cure it,you have to monitor it and take meds or maybe even insulin

Diabetes is when your body either does not produce enough insulin or it does not produce any insulin. Your body uses insulin to keep your body's blood sugar maintained. when your blood sugar is not normal your body will go into shock. There are two types of diabetes Type 1 and Type 2, T1 is the more serious of the two, and is normally diagnosed in early childhood and you take insulin shots, or you have a pump, T2 occurs later in life and normally you don't take insulin shots. There is no cure for diabetes, all though they are working on it.
