Answers:
Advil usually helps. You might have a muscle spasm.Try to put a tennis ball by a shoulder blade and stand against the wall and press for a few second, then repeat it again. I have a tennis ball in my car and at home. It does help. And also, you can consult a Chiropractor. You might need an adjustment.

Have you consulted your MD. Brain tumors have been known for this. They could do a CT, to check things out. Good Luck

You may have injured your rotator cuff. Better go to a doctor to have it checked out. Turn off your computer, grab your purse and head for your doctor's office. One-sided headaches can be serious symptoms, and the extension down your neck into the shoulder doesn't sound very good either. PLEASE - go get help. Today.

Sounds like the bad migraines I get. I get terrible neck pain with it. Not to depress you but sometimes nothing but time eventually kills it. Is this your first? Or do you have a history? If it continues another day or so I'd contact a doc. Also Excedrin Migraine works majority of time for me. I tried all the Rx migraine meds but didn't wokrk.

This is routine case for a chiropractor.. That restricted motion to the one side, is part of the causative factor.

Temporal artiritis is a desease of the small arteries that can occur with these symptoms. If you have also view impairment from the right side as well you might check it out
