If you are a true believer, can you pray for me?

I'm not in good health right now and I'm really struggling...can you pray for my health and well-being if you believe in Jesus?

Lord, I rarely ask for much, but in light of this soul, I pray. Lord, I know you have a master plan, and everything happens for a reason, so I pray to you, heal this person from their ailments. If this is your plan for this person, then hopefully you will also give this person the tools to use what is given. I myself believe we all are tools in a toolbox, I am rusty, I need cleansed, through you, i have found compassion and sincerity. Lord, help this person to see your plan. Help this person to be well. In Christ name, Amen.
