Take a few nice hot baths. Relax. They sound like, spasms. Tension or stress knots. You could also use, the "steam" heat/cold therapy with a heating pad and a damp towel. Dampen a bath towel (( NOT DRIPPIN WET )) damp. Wrap the heating pad in the damp towel. Lay on it in those areas for 20 minutes. Do this for a few hours. Nice to do even after the bath. Take a few anti-inflammatories too ( ibuprofen or motrin if you're not allergic ). IF that does not work and you're still having pain, it might not be muscular. You should see a doctor if it continues.
