How can you stop excessively sweaty armpits?

Question:
I've tried all the usual deoderants, but no luck. It's so bad I sweat through my clothes all the time. Help!

Answers:
Take it from somebody who had this problem. I have a real, attainable, extremely easy cure. There is a product called Certain Dri, you can buy it at Walmart, your local drug store, or pharmacy in the deodorant section for about $7.00. It leaves no residue or smell what so ever, and was an absolute miracle for me. You apply the product right before you go to bed at night on clean underarms (do not apply on underarms after you have shaved). In the morning you take a shower to wash the product off, otherwise it will irritate your skin, and don't worry, you might get a little irritation the first week, because it closes your sweat glands, and so forth. Do not reapply the product after your morning shower, you ONLY apply at night, in bed, under clean and dry underarms. For about the first week you'll apply it everyday, but after you'll only need to a few times a week The longer you use Certain Dri you'll only need to apply a couple times a week give or take a day. You do not, and will not have to use any other deodorants or anti-perspirents. You will not sweat or smell ever again as long as you use this product. I swear by it, as do many, many others. I hope I am able to help you. You can go to www.certaindri.com.

Other Answers:
Try rubbing onion's on them, that will get rid of the smell.

Shave underarms.
U need anti perspirant as well as deoderant.
Anti Perspirant stops the sweating - or some of it anyway- and the deoderant just controls the smell.

Keep trying different brands till you find one that works.

Here is one you could try. The link will tell you about a few other options.

20% aluminium chloride is the next thing to try if ordinary antiperspirants haven't done the trick. It can be bought from the pharmacist (ask for Drichlor, Anhydrol Forte or Perspirex) and should be used as follows.

* Before going to bed, wash and dry your armpits thoroughly.
* Apply the solution when you are lying down in bed. This sounds odd, but armpit sweating switches off when you lie flat, and the solution will be more effective if applied then.
* It works best if the area is covered with plastic cling-film (food wrap).
* Don't apply the solution directly after shaving, or the skin may become sore.
* Wash off the solution in the morning, and don't reapply until bedtime.
* If it proves effective reduce the application to every other night, and then to once or twice a week. Don’t use it every day, because it can irritate the skin.
