Used to be a sheetmetal worker on long shifts on concrete too, I got some gel inserts and an arch support for my work boots.made a world of difference.
AIRWALK! they are made of foam and are so comfy
Clobs.
Try gel inserts and a good pair of boots with thick soles, this is what my hubby does and it seems to help him.

Good Luck
Thick rubber soles on supportive shoes. Get in the habit at the end of each day of removing shoes and soaking feet in pretty-warm water with epsom salts in it. Then wear loose comfortable slippers, fleece lined maybe. When you dress in the morning before putting on clean sox shake some cornstarch inside shoes, possibly a little in each sock.
i work on my feet also sometimes 16 hours per day new balance has been a good shoe for me i tried nike and reebok but they dont work well even though i like nike's. new balance the higher the number on the back of the shoe the better the comfort. or you might like to try dr.scholls or gellin inserts in your shoes but change them once every six weeks depending on how active you are.
brazilian shoes, but if for work, sneakers, some confortable with the air things and stuff. or some nike shox
Sounds tacky, but I like Dr. Schol's. I be gellin' it!
