Skin Problem?

Question: i have a skin irritation on my neck when ever i have haircut. It stays for a week and then goes away unless i donot rub it. Its itchy. Anybody can help me. Thanks

Tell who ever is cutting your hair not to shave it so close. That is what is causing the irritation. Baby powder works good if applied right after the cut but use an aloe vera lotion after that. It will sooth the skin and help it heal faster. Pure aloe vera is best ( straight from the plant ) but any lotion with aloe and vitamin E will do the job.
