Get him some new Red Wings or Broncos

By some new thick whit tube socks.

Soak the feet in epson salts to relieve the pain and soften the feet.

Dry them thoroughly.

Lance the blisters.

Treat them with Hydrogen Peroxide to dry them out.

Treat the bleeding areas with neosporin.

You can wrap the wouns in gauze when they are not in the socks.

Before you put them back in the socks from now on powder the feet to keep them dry. Powder the boots similarly.

I would suggest he go see a doctor. There can be some medical reasons they do not hear properly.

The best cream I have found it CLOBET, it is for many skin problems and works quite well for fungal infection.

Fungal infection is very common especially when the feet are damp a lot.
A new pair of boots that fit PROPERLY. Gold Bond Medicated Powder. A bunch of new socks. Tell him to change his socks frequently during the work day and powder his feet when he changes those socks.
