The only real question here is whether you can forgive him for his infidelity. The legal nature of this problem is almost irrelevant. If you truly care for him, and are willing to accept his actions and mistakes, then you can eventually forgive him, and continue on together. If your anger over his dishonesty is too great, then you will be consumed by it, and it will destroy your bond. If you believe you can repair the bond between the both of you, then you can survive this trial.
