Is eyesight from the 2-3 range bad?

You definitely need glasses to see well but it is nowhere near the worst. My dad was -11 and Tiger Woods was -14. Those are both legally blind.

I figure the worst possible eyesight level is blindness.
2-3 is a range where you should start being concerned. There are people much worse off than you (I know ppl who are 5-7) but you really should pay more attention to your eyesight. Look at some green things: its the most pleasing colour to your eyes.
