Everyone has intelligence. Dumb and smart people differ only in how and how much they use theirs. Curiosity did not kill the cat, it only made it smarter!

This is probably the worst question i've ever heard, first: if there wasn't any dumb people, there would not be smart people, and not everyone is educated (for example: third world countries, extreme poverty, not enought ressourses, mental illnesses.) and there are people who are simply uninteressed in education, while others would die without endless knowlende (aka "N.E.R.D.s) just take south africa as an example:

God designed life this way. People have different intelligences so we will have the best chance to learn what we did to learn to beable to go to heaven one day. We learn from everyone even the mentally retarded, rapists, murders, and rape victims. People are exposed to sin and learn fast why it is bad and that they create it.

God made us all to fit into various spaces in this world. If everyone was either super dumb or super smart, what a boring world this would be. If everyone respects each other, perhaps someone with all the smarts can help us to overcome the "dumb" handicap and improve in the interim. I mean this in the most sincere way. On a daily basis, I read Psalm 35 to (Plead My Cause) which is long, but well worth the time, to show God respect and ask Him for His help. Then I read Psalm 4 for (Safety and Protection) to help me abide undue occurrences and keep me strong. Remember this, "If God be for us, who can be against us?" - Romans 8:31. Peace and God Bless.
