I banged elbow and fingers are numb for past 1 1/2?

I banged my elbow and i can't move my little and ring fingers very well. the little finger is numb and the ring finger is slightly numb. Will the numbness and paralysis of my fingers go away. it is also kind of hard to lift certain objects. I have gained more movement in my fingers ever since the injury occured, but i don't want the fingers to stay this weak

What's the best way to rehabilitate a broken leg?

Answers:
When you banged your elbow, you hit the Ulnar Nerve (commonly known as the "funny bone"). It supplies sensation to the 4th and 5th digits and medial hand. It also innervates the muscles of the forearm that flex the wrist and many intrinsic hand muscles, so you may experience weakness in your wrist and hand (grip).

You didn't say how long ago you this happened (1 1/2 minutes, hours, days, weeks, years?), but it should resolve on it's own. You can try ice to the elbow to decrease any swelling or inflammation that may have occurred and are causing the continuation of the tingling and numbness. If it does not resolve, or if it gets worse (total loss of sensation, loss of motor function in the wrist/hand), you will need to see a neurologist for treatment.

Look up "Ulnar Nerve" on the web for more information. Here's an informative website: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/.

Sounds like you pinched a nerve, call the doc.

leaving a normal life how possible?

It will probably go away over time, but I would still go to a doctor as he may have a treatment that will hasten healing.
