I have stuff I wanted to do around the house today!

Answers:
Take a rest, if you are constantly active, then you're gonna get tired. Just take it easy today, don't go for a run anymore. Your body's already screaming that it needs time to recoup. Read, relax, drink something with vitamin C, the natural energy drink. Milk too will help, well unless you're lactose intolerent. I still reccomend OJ or something like that though. Grapefruit juice is great too. Carbohydrates are also a good energy boost. But for today, just take it easy, be a bum for a day.
I get rather irked when I lay around all day too, but sometimes it is needed.

ITS THE HEAT AND YOU MIGHT HAVE DIABETES.

usually when a woman acts like this is because they are pregnant you should think about taking the pregnancy test to find out if your pregnant or not. if that's not the reason then go see your doctor about what is going on with you. If you had an active weekend and you are haing trouble staying awake, your body is telling you it needs a break. Give it a break. Just take the day and relax, do what you can around the house.

sleep 10 min and drink a red bull and get your A$$ up and do work
