I am a nuclear med. tech and I make all kinds of radiopharmaceuticals, since it is radioactive material I am always wearing latex gloves. They do change to a brown color, I suppose it is from both the sweat, dirt, and skin cells rubbed off inside of the glove.
Yes, this is normal. It happens with exam gloves, too. It never happened when I wore chemo gloves.

It is the sweat mixing with the Powder coating on the inside of the glove. If you are allergic to it, it can cause a severe reaction.
