Doctors, i cant breathe right..?

Question:

There r these things in my nose, i dont know what they r called, but they are huge. they look really swollen and i cant breathe right, out of my nose. Its been like this for a while, but it gets worse at night. i dont have allergies, im really healthy (vegan). what are these red things called and why are they so big?

they may be pollups. i had them when i was born and had them taken care of. if removed correctly you'll be able to use your nose without any problem when it comes to breathing through it. however, if they were removed like mine were you'll never be able to breath through your nose again. be careful when it comes to having them removed. be sure the doctor knows what they're looking at.

you really need to see a doctor it is not normal to anything have blocking your breathing passage .And if it is red it most likely is swollen and inflamed ( infected). Please do your self a really big favor and go as soon as possible and be checked out.
